Can I come to my appointment with clean or dirty hair?

 

All haircut and color services include a personalized shampoo and conditioning service. So, if your hair got a little sweaty from the southern heat, come as you are. That being said, hair color gives a more consistent result on clean or one day dirty hair. This also allows us to fully assess the health of the scalp prior to a service.


Can I bring my children with me?

Our salon is a shared space, that is why we ask clients to refrain from bringing children to the salon who aren’t receiving a service that day.


How long will my appointment last?

For most haircuts, allow about an hour. If you’re receiving a color service, be prepared to be in the salon for 2-3 hours. More time is required for clients with high density or longer hair. Feel free to ask your stylist for the most accurate estimate.


When it comes to hair color lines, we use Wella, Redken Shades EQ, Igora, and Schwarzkopf. Our preferred shampoo, conditioning, and styling product brands are Innersense Organic Beauty, Verb, and IGK.

What type of products do you use?


Canceling or rescheduling your appointment can be done through each stylist’s Square booking site. You may also text them directly to reschedule.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a fee of $50 will be charged.
